How to remove Shortcut Arrow from Desktop Icons

Hey friend this is a very interesting tip....



Have you ever noticed carefully shortcut icons in desktop ? Have you seen errow in the corner of each icon. In this article will give you tip that will let you remove it completely.

1. Open the Registry Editor program by running regedit, (click Start > Run and type regedit then press Enter. )


2. Find the key path "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile"


3. Click on the lnkfile folder, you will see IsShortcut key in the right page like the picture below.

Right click on IsShortcut and choose Delete. Click Yes button.

Log off and then Log on Windows XP again

Now the shortcut arrows are disappeared.
